We offer a review of your Quality programs and can build zoning maps and environmental programs for your facility.

Richard Cullum has 35 years in the food industry, and he has a passion for sanitation and food safety. His career began in the dairy industry, building the foundation for his CIP knowledge. He then spent 32 years with Kraft Heinz, where he oversaw a 450,000 sq/ft facility since its expansion in 2016. He has experience assembling and leading a crew of 95 employees, creating sanitary designs, building, reviewing, and updating standards for sanitation, and creating and maintaining a master sanitation schedule. He has shown strong leadership, planning, and problem-solving abilities. Mr. Cullum is a systematic and reliable sanitation professional focused on promoting a safe work environment for all personnel. He has worked directly with sanitation contractors in a variety of projects, from daily cleaning to specific one-time construction projects, and he frequently works hand in hand with pest control and chemical companies.
